Active Position Openings -

Project Control Manager. Summerville, SC.  Duties: Collect and analyze data to control time, costs, materials, and labor on commercial construction projects. Oversee budgets, cost estimates, financial forecasting, material inventory, invoicing, change-order analysis, and compliance with OSHA and project quality/schedule objectives. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, field supervisors, procurement, clients, contractors, and finance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Systems Engineering, Engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum 4 years’ experience as Project Engineer, Construction Cost Control, Project Controls, or related fiscal management of large commercial construction projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and cost-estimating software. Experience with construction material inventory and cost-control systems. Proficiency reading blueprints and technical documents. Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, change-order management, safety procedures, and site operations. Ability to work on active construction sites and coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, and project managers. Valid OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification required. Travel: Extended on-site assignments (3–12 months) at commercial construction projects with a rotating schedule of 4 weeks on / 1 week off.
